  Last Saturday the 25th of May 2024, SMK Couple's Forum hosted an enchanting couple's night out, and it was nothing short of spectacular! The atmosphere was filled with love, laughter, and the joyful energy of couples coming together to celebrate their bonds. Fun and Games Galore The evening kicked off with a variety of fun activities designed to bring couples closer together. One of the highlights was the online team game, which saw couples collaborating, strategizing, and most importantly, having a blast. The friendly competition was a fantastic icebreaker, setting the tone for the rest of the evening. Dance the Night Away As the evening progressed, couples took to the dance floor.   Josiah Spiers SCRIPTURE UNION INTERNATIONAL – THE DEFINITION AND HISTORY DEFINITION Scripture Union(SU)  is an Interdenominational, Interdenominational and Non-denominational Christian Organization. HISTORY Scripture Union Ministry began in United Kingdom in the year 1867. It was founded by Mr. Josiah Speirs from Britain. It started as Children’s Special Services Mission (CSSM).  The founder’s original aim was to bring God’s word to children who were neglected by the churches at that time. HOW IT STARTED On June 2, 1867  Josiah Spiers  spoke to 15 children in the drawing room of Thomas ‘Pious’ Hughes’ home. The house is located at 309, Essex Road, Islington, London. That was the beginning of a new approach to sharing Christ among children. Scripture Union (Nig) Somolu/Kosofe Zone

  THE LAUNCH OF A NEW ERA!  LR, Peter Akpelu, Ikenna Ogbuji. Photo: Loveday  Scripture Union (Nig) Shomolu/Kosofe Zone, Ikeja Area, Lagos, Nigeria,  yesterday held her first Joint fellowship, as Peter Akpelu, took over the mantle from Ikenna Ogbuji as the Zonal Representative of SMK Zone.  The event was well attended with a touch of green decorations, showing the hope of the Zone blooming under the new leadership.  Everyone praised the zeal of the outgoing Zonal Rep and his family, for pouring out their time and resources into the growth of the Zone. Ikenna Ogbuji, reassured the Zone that he's "handing over but not handing off". The new Zonal Rep, Peter, made his plans for the future of the Zone known to all, with emphasis on running a 21st Century fellowship and a sustainable Digital Ministry.  Highlights of the event
